Temporary Receptionist | Luxury Fashion

Hours: 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Salary: £14 per hour
Our client, a prestigious luxury fashion house, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team while their permanent reception team is away for Fashion Week.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for the office, you will play an important role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Ensuring the reception area is kept immaculate and presentable at all times
- Managing the reception inbox and responding to enquiries as required
- Coordinating taxis, couriers and deliveries when needed
- Providing general front-of-house support and being a friendly, professional presence within the office
About You
- Available from September 23rd to 1st October
- Experienced in a reception, front-of-house or similar customer-facing role
- Warm, approachable and professional
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
