Team Coordinator /Administrative Assistant required for global finance firm based in the heart of the West End. Hybrid working offered alongside a generous package.
A new opportunity to join a fast-paced finance company with offices globally. Lovely offices based in the heart of the West End, in a mid-sized firm. In this role you will be working alongside another assistant to provide support to the Valuations team with day-to-day administrative tasks. A genuinely lovely team, who are relaxed yet work at a high standard and who are seeking an individual who is driven, hardworking, clear, concise and detail orientated.
It is essential you have strong grammar, attention to detail, and understand the importance of client confidentiality.
Day to day responsibilities will include formatting, reports, presentations, invoices, documentation, proofreading, formatting, finance administration, excel spreadsheets and database work as well as coordinating meeting and agendas.
Seeking an individual with previous experience supporting a team, who has demonstrated experience within financial services or professional services and who will be able to hit the ground running.
Hours are 9am - 5pm with one day WFH
