Receptionist
Location: Central London (10am – 6pm)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Our client, a global executive search firm, is looking for a proactive Receptionist to join their busy London office. You’ll be working alongside another friendly receptionist to provide a seamless front-of-house service in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Greet all visitors with a warm and professional welcome, notifying the relevant contacts.
- Coordinate with the catering team to offer refreshments.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all spaces are prepared in advance.
- Handle the main switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
- Arrange taxi and courier bookings and process supplier invoices.
- Support with event preparation and provide overflow EA support when needed.
- Liaise with building reception and security teams.
About You:
- 18 months – 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house reception role.
- Service-oriented, with a people-first approach.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Confident liaising with senior executives and clients.
- Background in professional services, financial services, hospitality, or executive search is highly desirable.
