Hours: 8:00–4:30 or 9:00–5:30
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 (DOE)

Our client, a leading  property consultancy with beautiful West End offices, is seeking a People & Development Coordinator to join their growing team. This newly created role sits within the People & Development function and offers an exciting opportunity to support Early Talent, professional qualifications, apprenticeships and wider learning initiatives. It’s ideal for someone with experience in Early Careers, L&D or HR administration who is keen to take ownership of programmes and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The Role

You will coordinate Alternative Professional Qualification (APQ) programmes and support broader Early Talent and development initiatives across the business. Acting as a key point of contact for learners, managers and external providers, you will ensure professional development pathways run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage APQ programmes, enrolments, progress tracking and provider relationships (including Association for Project Management, Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and Chartered Institute of Building)

  • Act as first point of contact for learners and deliver programme briefings

  • Coordinate chartership sessions, workshops and development events

  • Maintain Course Sponsorship Agreements and produce progress reports

  • Support apprenticeship provision, compliance and milestone tracking

  • Oversee the mentoring programme and digital platform

  • Assist with onboarding, inductions and Early Talent recruitment activity

  • Provide broader coordination support across L&D projects

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in L&D or HR administration

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with apprenticeships and professional qualifications (e.g. Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

  • Experience supporting graduate or apprenticeship schemes
