We are delighted to be supporting a respected, long-established property and construction consultancy in Central London who are seeking a talented Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys supporting at senior level while also providing vital team administration.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will provide direct support to the Chairman and Managing Director, alongside administrative support to a team of Project Managers. The role requires someone highly organised, confident, and proactive, who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary management using MS Outlook.
- Coordination of expenses, timesheets, monthly invoicing, fee trackers, and WIP sheets.
- Arranging travel, meetings, client lunches/dinners, and business events.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes at management and departmental meetings.
- Supporting with company communications, including drafting correspondence and assisting with capability statements and proposals (Adobe InDesign).
- Overseeing an Assistant Administrator, ensuring smooth running of administrative tasks across the business.
- Maintaining and updating the company’s CRM system.
- Providing high-quality secretarial support including typing, formatting, and document preparation.
About You:
- Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior leadership at Director/Partner level.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Word & Outlook, Intermediate Excel, Basic/Intermediate PowerPoint).
- Confident using Adobe InDesign (essential).
- Fast and accurate typing (65+ wpm preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Professional, reliable, and discreet with a mature and proactive approach.
- Experience within property, construction, or consultancy sectors would be highly advantageous.

- Central London office (minimum 3 days per week office-based).
- Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Circa £50,000 + bonus
