Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to two Partners and two Consultants
- Inbox and diary management
- Assisting with monthly invoicing, monitoring of workload and deadlines
- Confidential typing and document preparation/filing as needed
- Coordinate team socials including Christmas Party (opportunity to coordinate Community Outreach events and motions)
- Sharing ad hoc Office Manager/Office Coordination duties with two other Admin Staff such as keeping kitchen and stationery stocked and organised
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer and directing all queries received by email or telephone as needed
- Maintaining all digital and physical archives for the necessary retention period
