Position: Operations & Administrative Assistant
Type: 3-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with potential for extension
Salary: C£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
About Us: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Real Estate Client as an Operations & Administrative Assistant. Based in the heart of London, you'll be supporting our sector leaders in a hybrid role that combines traditional EA duties with project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting schedules.
- Assist in basic project management tasks, such as tracking project progress and supporting sector leaders in launching new services or products.
- Proficient in PowerPoint to create first drafts of materials and presentations based on briefings and other decks.
- Provide support to 4-5 sector leads effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of corporate experience, not limited to Real Estate.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and work independently as a self-starter.
- Confidence in prioritising tasks effectively and managing upwards.
- Demonstrated intuition and foresight in anticipating needs and potential challenges.
