Founding Growth Marketer

 

Location: East London (1-day WFH)

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + equity

 

Our client, a fast-growing tech startup in the health space, is looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to take ownership of inbound growth and play a key role in shaping their early-stage marketing function. This is a foundational hire within the growth team, with significant scope to evolve as the business scales - including the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

 

About the Role:

Starting close to the ground and helping to build from the ground up, you will:

  • Develop and execute a content-led strategy to drive high-quality inbound leads
  • Build a strong pipeline with their new and existing products
  • Optimise landing pages and website conversion rates to improve funnel performance
  • Design and implement community and events strategy, including hosting engagement touchpoints
  • Launch and scale referral or ambassador programmes
  • Drive multi-channel lead generation across paid media, email, events, and website optimisation

 

About You:

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Experience marketing to professional or practitioner audiences (e.g. healthcare, legal, finance, education)
  • Essential to have 2+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with paid marketing channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship skills
