Family Office | Personal Assistant
We are seeking an experienced, discreet and highly organised PA to support a busy creative Principal and their Family Office. Based primarily from a beautiful studio in Marylebone, this varied role combines traditional PA responsibilities with household, lifestyle and travel support for a UHNW family. There will also be occasional; travel (within the UK) to other family homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Family Office and design studio.
- Manage diaries, appointments, bookings and personal administration.
- Coordinate family logistics, including school schedules, events and household communication.
- Liaise with household staff, suppliers and external partners.
- Organise personal shopping, gifting, celebrations and family events.
- Arrange transport, restaurant reservations and personal bookings.
- Manage invoices, expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate complex worldwide travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries and travel budgets.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively and ensure exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of the family's lifestyle.
About You
- Previous experience supporting UHNW principals or families.
- Calm, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Highly discreet, professional and trustworthy.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do approach.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle services is highly desirable.
- Additional languages and an established network of contacts are advantageous.

Location: Central London (Office-based)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (with occasional weekend on-call support during family travel)
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 DOE
