THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Coordinator to join a leading professional services firm. This is a fast-paced, varied role sitting at the heart of the business, providing crucial support across business development, client management, and project coordination.

You'll be working with a fantastic team and lovely senior stakeholders, supporting 3 fee-earners across their interim recruitment assignments. This isn't your typical admin role – you'll be actively involved in winning new business, managing live projects, and building relationships with high-level clients and candidates.

If you thrive in busy environments, can work at speed without compromising quality, and have a naturally proactive approach, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Business Development & Client Management:

• Supporting all potential new business activity and client pitches
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Acting as a key point of contact with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinating client-facing meetings and events

Project Management:

• Leading the administration of live interim assignments from start to finish
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
• Ensuring all documentation, processes, and compliance requirements are met
• Monitoring deadlines and proactively flagging any potential issues

Executive Assistant Support:

• Extensive diary management for senior fee-earners
• Coordinating complex schedules and travel arrangements
• Preparing materials for meetings and client engagements
• Managing correspondence and communications with tact and professionalism

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

• Unflappable under pressure – you can handle a busy, fast-moving environment
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Professional, polished communication style (written and verbal)
• Client-facing experience with ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
• Team player who's willing to go the extra mile

Desirable:

• Previous experience in professional services, recruitment, or consultancy
• Understanding of project management principles
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously

THE PERSON

You're someone who:

• Thrives in controlled chaos and loves the buzz of a busy office
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work, even at speed
• Builds genuine relationships with clients and colleagues
• Stays calm and solution-focused when challenges arise
• Has high energy, commitment, and a can-do attitude
• Enjoys variety and isn't fazed by last-minute changes

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• £35,000-40,000 salary
• Excellent hybrid working: 3 days WFH, 2 days office-based
• Supportive, collaborative team environment
• Lovely senior stakeholders who value their support team
• Opportunity to be genuinely involved in business-critical work
• Professional development and training opportunities
• Central London location

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants more than just an admin role – you'll be a key player in the success of the business, working on high-profile assignments with interesting clients.
