We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fabulous creative institution who are seeking a Senior EA to join their team. Supporting a dynamic Global Head with all aspects of their busy, client-centric schedule, ever-changing diary and travel needs, this role also offers candidates a great opportunity to be involved in client work and research projects, and would suit someone with a genuine interest in the creative sector.
The client is ideally seeking an articulate, strategically minded and emotionally intelligent EA who wants to offer true right-hand support, with project and operational involvement as part of their remit. The Global Head travels extensively, and this EA is therefore often seen as a real ambassador and an extension of them within the organisation and when engaging with clients. As a result, we are looking for a strong relationship builder who enjoys the ambassadorial element of their role.
We are ideally seeking a candidate with board-level experience, and the ideal profile is likely to be someone with 5+ years of senior EA experience. Exposure to the arts or creative sector is certainly preferred, but candidates with a broader creative background and board-level experience are also encouraged to apply.
