About the Role:

As Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, you will work closely with the CEO's team, providing proactive and comprehensive support that enables the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. This is a high-impact role that goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities, offering significant exposure to strategic partnerships, external engagement, and cross-functional projects.

You will be the CEO's trusted partner, managing complex operations across multiple time zones, coordinating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, and taking ownership of strategic initiatives. This role requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work outside of core hours when necessary and undertake international travel to the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive calendar management across multiple time zones, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts proactively
  • Complex international travel coordination, particularly to the US
  • Full EA support including inbox management, meeting preparation and correspondence
  • Extensive external engagement, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and clients
  • Working closely with strategy partners on behalf of the CEO
  • Supporting and leading cross-functional projects with strategic impact
  • Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO
  • Preparing materials, presentations and communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Meeting coordination including agenda preparation, note-taking and action tracking
  • Expense management and general administrative support

About You:

  • Significant experience as an EA supporting C-suite executives, ideally Founder/CEO level
  • Happy to work outside of core hours when required and flexible with working patterns
  • Comfortable with international travel, particularly to the US
  • Proactive and anticipatory, thinking multiple steps ahead
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong strategic thinking ability and interest in leaning into cross-functional projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships at all levels
  • Confident managing extensive external engagement
  • Advanced diary management experience across multiple time zones
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exercises sound judgement, discretion and diplomacy at all times
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in AI and technology
