LRA Search is delighted to be working with a fast-moving, high-growth tech company based in central London to find an exceptional EA on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to join a vibrant, dynamic business at an exciting point in its journey.
Based in stunning central London offices, this role offers a genuine hybrid model, three days in the office and two from home, and a competitive salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience.
The Role
Initially supporting two to three senior leaders, this is a role where priorities shift and no two days look the same. The number of principals and the nature of the support required can flex as the business evolves, so adaptability is everything. Day-to-day responsibilities will include complex diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders, international travel coordination, meeting preparation and briefings, event coordination, and ad hoc project support. You will need to be someone who moves quickly, anticipates needs, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
About You
Experience working within the tech sector is essential and candidates without this background will not be considered.
You will be a highly organised, polished EA who is equally comfortable supporting one principal closely or spreading across a broader team as demands change.

Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on experience
