Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Central London | £60,000 – £80,000 DOE | 4 Days in Office, 1 WFH
The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA/Office Manager to join a boutique private equity firm based in Central London. This varied role combines full executive support to a Senior Partner with day-to-day responsibility for running the office, working closely with the wider EA team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Senior Partner, including complex diary, inbox, and priority management, predominantly business with some personal
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and calls across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as primary contact for all office-related matters
- Manage relationships with the building, facilities and third-party suppliers and contractors
- Coordinate health & safety requirements, including risk assessments and fire safety compliance
- Monitor and control office-related expenditure, reviewing, and approving invoices
- Maintain internal records, reports, and tracking spreadsheets
- Provide holiday cover and general administrative support to the wider team
About You
- Previous experience in financial services strongly preferred
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on, and confident taking ownership of responsibilities
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication skills with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Educated to degree standard or above with strong Microsoft Office skills
Package
- £60,000 – £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience (some flexibility for the right candidate)

- 25 days holiday, plus WFH over the Christmas period
