Working in a true 1:1 capacity, this is a high-profile role supporting a highly regarded and influential industry figure, known for their expertise, leadership and extensive network within the international art market.

About the Role:

  • Full ownership of complex diary management
  • Organising restaurant and venue bookings as required
  • Managing the Director’s personal calendar, including holidays, birthdays and special occasion reminders
  • Coordinating intricate travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
  • Handling expenses efficiently
  • Managing the Director’s online profile and social media presence
  • Assisting with gift purchasing
  • Preparing board meeting documentation on behalf of the Director
  • Keeping the Director informed of company and client activity
  • Compiling information packs and briefing materials
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the Director and their wider team

About You:

  • Experience within the art world is essential (gallery or auction house backgrounds preferred)
  • Outstanding communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience acting as a true thought partner to a senior executive is highly desirable
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining exceptional standards

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
