Executive Assistant to COO & Chief of Staff
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff within a leading international organisation. A large, global firm that offers superb benefits and an excellent culture, this is a great opportunity for someone who loves being a true board level EA. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role requiring a polished, proactive, and highly organised EA who is accustomed to supporting C-suite executives. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, managing competing priorities with confidence while acting as a trusted right hand to two senior stakeholders. This is a permanent opportunity based in Central London, working a hybrid pattern with four days per week in the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and visas.
- Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, board papers and meeting documentation.
- Supporting board governance processes and assisting with the production of board materials.
- Organising leadership offsites, town halls and internal events.
- Managing expenses, invoices and general executive administration.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions to completion.
- Providing ad hoc business and occasional personal support where required.
About you:
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a demanding Executive Assistant role.
- Experience within a large corporate environment, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
