The Role
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will provide first-class executive support across all aspects of a busy, fast-moving diary- but this role goes well beyond the traditional EA remit. You'll be encouraged to get involved in projects, contribute ideas, and be a genuine partner to the leadership team.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Travel and logistics coordination
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents
- Stakeholder liaison at senior and board level
- Supporting on projects and initiatives across the technology function
- Embracing AI tools to streamline and elevate the way you work
The Person
You'll be polished, proactive, and switched on - and you'll actively embrace the tools and trends redefining how we work. Specifically, we're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced EA with a track record of supporting at C-suite level
- Genuinely curious about technology and the AI landscape
- Willing to stretch beyond core EA duties and take ownership of wider projects
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Confident and discreet when dealing with senior stakeholders
- Energised by a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Already experimenting with AI tools to work more efficiently - or keen to start
The Package
- £55,000 – £65,000 base salary
