A leading City-based insurance firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / PA to join its high-performing support team in a pivotal role supporting the Chief of Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business with an outstanding reputation, stunning offices, and a first-class EA/PA function. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with another senior EA and become a trusted right hand in the day-to-day management of an incredibly busy and influential Chief of Staff.The Chief of Staff works closely alongside the CEO and Founder, meaning this role will also offer exposure at the very highest level of the business. On occasion, you will step in to provide direct support to the CEO, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and polished PA looking to further develop within a true C-suite environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing an ever-changing diary and complex schedule
• Coordinating meetings and high-level stakeholder engagement
• Inbox management and correspondence handling
• Organising complex travel itineraries and logistics
• Supporting with company-wide initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Providing seamless cover and additional support to senior leadership when required

The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure with excellent judgement and discretion
• Professional, personable, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
• Experienced within a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Passionate about building a long-term senior support career

Previous insurance sector experience is not essential.
