EA Coordinator | 12-Month Contract
Location: Central London (2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Our client, a global executive search firm, is looking for an EA Coordinator to join the business on a 12-month contract, working closely with the EA Business Partner. This is a visible role sitting across operations, HR, and business support, offering excellent exposure across a fast-paced, people focused environment.
About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running and consistency of the EA function across the business, including:
- Supporting alignment of the EA operating model with wider business demand and strategy
- Coordinating workload planning and cover arrangements across the EA team
- Working closely with HR, operations, and business teams to ensure continuous coverage and maintain a trained pool of EAs
- Supporting EA recruitment in partnership with HR and external agencies
- Coordinating onboarding and training with Lead EAs and training teams
- Supporting and helping to administer the annual appraisal process for the EA population
- Managing ongoing feedback processes and escalating issues where appropriate
- Partnering with HR on formal processes including performance reviews and PIPs
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a business support or coordination role
- Previous exposure within a people/HR-facing environment highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Professional, discreet, and conscientious, with a collaborative and grounded approach
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and contributing ideas
- Genuine interest in both operational business support and pastoral care of teams
This role sits just outside of HR and is therefore not suited to someone on a defined HR career path. Instead, it will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and working closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
