Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
A boutique executive search firm based in the City is looking for an Associate to join their Wealth Management team, supporting the delivery of senior leadership searches across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected, high-performing team and play a key role at the heart of an executive search business.
About the Role:
- Supporting new business development initiatives
- Conducting market mapping, desk research, and direct candidate outreach
- Attending client pitches and briefing meetings
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
- Supporting marketing campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness
- Partnering with senior consultants to identify future business opportunities
- Representing the firm at conferences and client events
About You:
- Strong academic background with a genuine interest in financial services
- Motivated by working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High emotional intelligence and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
